The dermatology component of the Flinders Overseas Health Group outreach to Nusa Tengarra has been going now for nearly ten years.

FOHG has commenced supporting the development of an integrated, multidisciplinary Oncology Unit at Professor Johannes Hospital in Kupang.

FOHG has been supporting the Clinical Pathology Department at Professor Johannes Hospital since 2011. The different disciplines within the clinical pathology laboratory include Clinical Microbiology, Haematology, Clinical Biochemistry and Transfusion Medicine. A separate Anatomical Pathology lab was set up in Prof Johannes Hospital in 2016.

FOHG has been involved with capacity building and education in the pharmacy department at the Professor Johannes Hospital. This initiative has been created to help support the pharmacy staff and pharmacy department to provide a number of services to the hospital.
